I need some low calorie snack ideas please?

and how many calories are you supposed to eat a day? someone told me 1200-1500 could that be right?

  1. 2000 for normal adults. you might try something with low calories that has a lot of nutriens. like, a shake


  2. If your trying to lose weight 1400 calories is good.

    Try fruit and veggies. Or those South Beach Diet bars. Or the 100 calorie Snack Packs.

  3. celery sticks or carrot sticks. or those 100 calorie pack snacks

  4. salad, popsicles, low fat cottage cheese with salted crackers, fruit snacks, fruits like really big apples

  6. If you want to lose weight, 1200-1500 is a good starting point. You should change it up each day, though, so you don't plateau.

  7. 1200-1500 is if you're trying to eat healthy and lose weight

    if you're 15-19, 2000 calories is still fine.
