I wanna go vegetarian but I have no idea what I can eat

I haven't eaten in all day...can someone please make me a list of some good things I can eat?

  1. study vegetarianism then become one.  Not the other way around.  But basically, you should eat leafy greens and plants and fruits.  Nuts, soy products and whole grain products.

  3. Fruits, veggies, all of the sweets you have like oreos etc, soups made with vegetable broth, fake meat, eggs, herbs, wheat, nuts, and a WHOLE lot of other stuff.

    Morning Star sells fake chicken nuggets, bacon, sausage, burger patties, grounded beef, chicken strips. Other stores sell tofurkey (strips, whole "turkeys"), fake fish, fake shrimp, veggie patties, tofu dogs, and a lot more.

    Fast food restaurants even offer vegetarian-safe stuff. Burger King has a veggie burger, select McDonalds do too, Subways has vegetarian patties, and there's salads, fries, etc.

    There's is so much vegetarians can eat, I don't understand why people think all we eat are fruits and veggies.

  4. I think you need to plan your transition to vegetarianism more carefully than to plunge in headlong with no idea what you are going to eat. It will do no good to starve before you figure out what a vegetarian can eat.
