ok so my school is having a tennis tournament to see who will get into the top 15. i am currently number 21, something i am not proud of. so my question is... how can i clear all negative thoughts out of my mind because the coach told me he thought i was going to be in top 5.. and that really stuck to me and turned me negative. but i want to focus more and every time i think of a negative thought, i hit the ball out ! HELP MEEEEEand does anyone have any tips to hit a nice tennis serve ?thank you... i have a limited amount of time to get to where i want to be.
