I need some make-up tips!!?

see im a latina but i have really light skin and i love wearing make-up...i want to start doing some different styles of make-up but i dont kno any that would look good on me...and i dont kno how to do much like where u use more than one color of eyeshadow...or the winged eye...can someone please help me...i really need some make-up tips....even better would be brazillian make-up tips..because i love how they do their make up
