what does it mmean when a mcdonalds manager saids ill call you for orienation but doesnt say you got the job yet after the interview

Both of my children work at McDonald's (their high school jobs).  If you are going to Orientation, you are hired.  Orientation explains their procedures and you fill out employment paperwork.
