i need to lose 10 pounds by october

i need major motivation because i cant really keep on a diet

and i just need some excersise ideas

and ways to keep myself motivated

  3. You might not think this works but each time you see some yummy ice cream or chocolate bar think horrible thoughts of cellulite and fat people and think do I really want to look like that? I swear it works and if that doesnt work try a detox and then once your tempted by those things you'll think I just detoxed, do I really want to put that c**p in my system??

    Oh yea as for exercises check youtube they have some great turtorials on there and get a treadmill and/or elliptical because they are great for home use

  4. 10 pounds in a month shouldn't be too hard. and i understand not being able to stick on a diet, but can you do really simple things like drinking plain water or unsweetened tea (with lemon) instead of any kinds of soda (even diet)?

    oh and it's august, tell your parents to buy a gigantic watermelon, and eat that when you're hungry. it's seriously delicious and keeps you full.

    stick to things like fruit and gum any time later than 7 or 8 pm, and when grabbing cake or chips, look at it and decide if it's worth having it at that moment, or if the success of weight less that week will giving you more satisfaction.

    and as far as exercise ideas go, i liked Taebo Extreme, and you could try dance videos (i like workout videos cause going to the gym wouldnt work for everyone), or you could always go running and kind of compete against yourself, run an extra half a mile every time.

    also, with freinds or a bf, go on a hike. it's fun and a great workout if the trail is steep.

    and ways to keep yourself motivated, get a pair of jeans that are tight on you, pay attention to how they feel around every part of the body (thighs, hips, love handles), and try them on after a week or two and see if you feel any difference.

    also, maybe you've got a friend who's a little skinnier than you, and motivation would be seeing you becoming her size or being able to borrow her clothes.

    PS: pick a weighing day, and weigh yourself only on that day, once a week, cause your weight fluctuates too much every day to give you much accuracy.
