I need some proteins for a 15 year old?

i'm 15 and kinda skinny.. i'm about 5'7 and weight 130 not all bones i have muscle because i stay in shape with abs arms and legs. i need some more progress because i only gain like 5 pounds a year! by the way i run track all school year.. i know theres lots of proteins out there but most of them u gotta be 18+... wich ones are good for me u think?

  1. proteins are natural and something our body needs, dont need to be a certain age.  if you are looking for protein besides drinking a protein shake eat eggs, tuna, peanut butter, chicken...hope that helps


  2. Muscle milk for you. Muscle milk has carbs, but those wont turn to fat for you because you ahve a fast matalsibm and from all that cardio they'll burn. So thats good for you. You can take whey too. Take no more than 20grams after a workout tho for that weight.

  3. Huh? You don't have to be 18 to use protein. I think you are thinking of fat burners which most are labeled people under 18 shouldn't take.

    You can use protein powder (which I'm assuming you mean) at your age. That's really the only thing you should be taking. Any protein powder is fine - I recommend Wheys Protein Powder... (Chocolate Flavor, vanilla is horrible)
