I need some quick answers................?

traveling to Ireland in a month and wondering which is better to fly into, Shannon airport or Dublin airport.

Well I think it really depends where in Ireland you're going too.

Dublin airport is so busy,and big,depends what part of Ireland you are going to.if its west of Ireland ie clare,you need to go to shannon.

Unless you have some compelling reason to be in Dublin I would recommend not to go near the place. The airport there is only one example of excruciatingly bad management pervading the whole city. Traffic is atrocious and in my view Dubliners are the most bad tempered Irish you could come across. I suppose it would do nobody's mood any good to have to live there ;-)

Shannon airport is better laid out and its easier to find your way around. where is it your going to exactly?

it  depends on where you want to get to! but if your flying from the States-fly FROM Shannon-as the dublin flight stops in Shannon anyway!!!

It depends where you're going. Dublin airport is chaotic though.. Shannon is mush easier to get in and out of

Unless you want to be in Dublin, Shannon is a much smaller airport and gets you into the west straight away.

Depends where you want to get to, Ive never flown into Shannon but it is smaller so if you don't like big airports then that would be good. Also they are always changing Dublin airport so its easy to get lost!

Definately Shannon, there is only one road into and out of the airport. No confusion at all, and no big city traffic to deal with.
