Try chicken breast with creamy hollandaise sauce and peas and sweetcorn. You can use any type of pasta but tagliatelle is great with it. Its very simple and easy to make but its delicious

My fav.

Saute sliced courgettes (and bacon pieces) in olive oil. When cooked, add a tub of philadelphia cheese (cream cheese) with garlic and herbs. Add cream/milk or creme fraiche. Heat gently and season with salt and pepper. Fold into hot pasta.

Easy and tasty.
