I need some serious HELP please? My brother is trying to not let me ever see my nephews again!?

Ok its like this. What can i do? Can i take him to court and get it court ordered that i can see them? Help me out here i dont know what to do?

Give it some time to cool down, then approach your brother with an apology for the misunderstanding of the misconstrued words - see what happens when you just let it go for awhile. ( a week or so)

Well you cant take him to court to get visitation...What you two need to do is find out what the problem is and try to fix whatever it is.  He never has to let you see him and it would be sad if you couldn't, try and fix whatever it is so you can see the little dude.

Tell us why you're not allowed to see them.

But um...I'm assuming these are HIS kids we're talking about. His word will hold more weight than yours.

you could get a lawyer and try to get visitation, but if your brother is adamant about it, don't hold your breath
