I need some serious Volleyball help!?

My team is extremely lacking this year. I'm a returning player and there are a few new girls that are not playing to their fullest potential. Our coach believes in equal playing time and so he won't sub in and out until we've basically lost (example we're down 22-9) I try to encourage the girls but one of them flinches away when the ball is coming! Also, we have some serious attitude problems with another girl. She thinks she runs the team and she's scaring the new players! What should I do? My coach expects me to be the leader but I need some help with this one!

  1. Tell that attitude girl to open her eyes,  she's not the boss.  Also tell her to see how it is affecting the other players; if she really wants to play then she has got to listen to what you have to say.

  2. Have a serious talk with the bossy girl tell her your captain...if you are..

Tell the girls that flinching wont help the team score some points..

Also I'm sorry but I dont believe in equal playing time cause it hurts the team...
