I was hired by a state, given a salary, a start date, hour sched. I gave my two week notice to my current employer. Then two days before I was going to start my new job, they told me that I was not hired due to a " hiring freeze " Every state employee that I talk to say I should sue the state for reneging on me. What is some good advice lawyers out there.
