I need some serious girl help. i have never had this problem before.?

there is this girl in my History class.....she is so beautiful. i cant talk to her. whenever i get around her i cant breath, i cant even stand straight. ever since saw her i feel sick, i haven't eat anything in days the butterfly's are so bad. i feel like my stomach is on fire. she is all i think about. i really need some help. any advice would be great.

she kind of smiles at me in class and in the halls. or she will look at me than look away real quick.
