I need some serious help on conceiving?

hi i took a transvaginal ultra sound and it can out normal, i'm still not conceiveing what could it be. Oh yeah with the transvag ult soun, so that means i'm not pcos right or what?

OH YEAH DURING THE PROCEDURES SHE SAID i have plenty of follicles on my ovaries ,she don't see why im not conceiveing. Then she said maybe god is not ready for me to have any yet is that possible? What is follicles, and if my fiance already have 2 kids (not By me ) can it be possible that he sperm count is low now?

The PCOS thing just depends.  The thing with PCOS is not having problems with follicles forming, it's that they don't fully form or they don't come down the tubes.  Did they check your hormones to see if you are ovulating?  PCOS has many symptoms.  Excessive hair, lack of period or a not regular period, lack of ovulation or not regular ovulation, having insulin resistance, being overweight, there's more I'm probably forgetting.  It takes the average fertile couple 6-12 months to conceive, so you may need more time.  As far as your fiance, if he had any medication changes that may change his sperm condition and count.  Good luck!

maybe you need to buy an ovulation kit tand basal thermoneter to see if you are ovulating now. if you are not, you can schedule a dr.s appt. make sure while you are ovulating that you take that time to explore your self down there. look at your cervical mucus, make sure it is white and creamy during ovulation, because this enhances sperm mobility. if your fiance has had any changes since the last time he concieved i.e he began smoking, drinking, or taking certain meds, his sperm count could be lower, but start with checking your ovulation before anything else. also have the dr. check you for p.i.d. endometriosis, and alike disorders that cause blocake, and damage to the female organs. good luck and baby dust to you.
