I've started playing on NoviPoker.com. It's a poker site obviously but the payouts are food and I'm guessing you can play it in Serbia and Montenegro. The tables aren't usually full and it's pretty easy to win as there doesn't seem to be that many pro poker players on it.

There are quite a few trustworthy sites out there that do except people from europe. You could check out http://bestfreecasinochips.tripod.com and choose one from there. All of the places on that site are 100% safe and secure, and I personally have played at all of them.
