I need some stain removal help?

Yesterday morning, I flew off my bike (yes, I'm fine), but I got some dirt stains on my bright yellow shirt (the first time I wore it!). I mostly washed them out with some tangerine scented foaming soap and baking soda, but that afternoon, there was a strange reddish orange mark on my shirt. It's pretty faint, but I would still like some advice on what caused the mark, and what it is, as well as some help with how to remove the dirt stain and the reddish stain. Thanks!

put Dede7  (I' m not sure of spelling)  can be found at Wal-mart, K-mart, Drug Mart,  on it and let it set for an hour or so follow laundry instructions on the back of the  dede 7  or you could try putting Era on it and scrub with a soft brissel toothbrush and let it set  overnight

smash 2 electrosol tabs with the white ball into the sink with warm water and swish the stained place in the water with the tabs and leave it for a while and then wash it that should get it out
