I need some tips on a few sports (Eg Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Track, etc.)?

What sport Tip on

Soccer juggling the ball, left and right foot continuously

Basketball Shooting And Dribbling, ( i go to fast when i dribble )

Track and field. keeping my pace. and Breathing tips

Tennis Hitting the ball properly, And strongly ( cause when i hit the ball hard, it either goes straight but passes the base line, or i get the wrong arm movement)

Volley ball Anything

    try to breathe with your mouth instead.

    Do it slowly.

    I'm sorry if that's not much of a help.

    Cause that's how I normally do it during my timed sprint.

  3. I can only help you with basketball.

    When you shoot, you want your entire hand relaxed on the ball.  Wrist and elbow at about 90 degree angles.

    Power comes from your legs and you do not want to flex/throw your wrist forward when you shoot.  It should just kinda flop forward in a relaxed way.
