ok so yea, i just moved to a new state and finally started school, but from what i have researched, the volleyball team is 4th best in state. I thought that was pretty good. but anyways, i want to work on everything, serving, passing, jumping, hitting, and just conditioning myself before early july for tryouts, cuz i would love to make the team!!!!

i also have a knee injury that i went to physical therapy for and its starting to heal a lot better. but i was out for my last season at my old school, so im pretty out of shape. If any of you have a plan with that too, that would help a TON!!!

thank you so much for answers guys!!! i appreciate it!

  1. just practice allot have someone that plays volleyball to help you or just ask one of the varsity players to help you I'm sure one of them will. go on morning jogs. stretch allot goes easy at first because of your knee injury.

  2. Here are some tips:

    ~Stretch before playing.

~Practice serving the ball over the net at least five times.

~Practice bumping the ball with a friend for at least three minutes.

~Practice setting the ball with a friend for at least three minutes.

~Get out there and play with confidence!

  3. Depending on where you live there should be a club team or league play in the area. Call a local college and see what they have for clinics. Organized play and consistent skills are a must. Women are much better passers enerally then men also. A varsity or club team is always looking for men who pass well. You can also check out: www.bobbertucci.com. Hope this helps.
