  1. Nope. Your body will become at its own ideal weight if you eat healthy and exercise often. You can eat junk food, or fast food once in a while. Maybe order some pizza on thursdays or have some chips with movies or saturdays.

    Diets where you completely X out all the bad stuff don't work because some of that bad stuff (bread, pasta, red meat, etc.) actually has stuff you need. Never completely get rid of these things just cut back. Otherwise you'll probably crave somehting and then eat a lot of it. Also watch portions, you could eat garden salad but if you eat five bowls of it, it won't do you any good.

    Exercise everyday, for at least 30 min. Rest in between excises (e.g. run 30 min, rest 20 min, run 30 min). Exercise however you want or need, just vary the time depending on the intensity of the exercise.

    You can never just have a diet involving food, and you can never have one just involving exercise. It's the both together that will make you healthy.

    Hope this helps a bit, because its perfectly honestly true for everyone. You don't have to be in a certain shape, because it's the most reliable weight loss system in the world.

  3. Umm Just eat right, and your gonna have to exercise to burn off the calories and carbs of whatever you eat. So many people are lazy and think they can lose weight by just eating some magic food. You need to exercise..  

  4. Weight Watchers works for lots of people.  It is realistic.  But, you still have to put in the effort.  It doesn't work on it's own.  You have to work at it.  

  5. everyone is different, i wouldnt pay lots of money for people to tell you what everyone already knows...

  6. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  7. jenny craig works if you STICK TO IT>

    but it is expensive.
