I need someone to edit this picture, make the hair a different color ?

I need his hair to be made neon pink and green. Like, either pink hair with green streaks, or vice versa, or half and half.

And the color has to be bright and shocking without making the hair look animated , if you can :)

So...i did the best i could...it's almost impossible in photoshop to get black...and nothing...to bright and colorful...so...i tried my best...hope it's okay...
