My friend doesn't speak english, she's 32 years old.

she want to apply to get her citeznship, she want to request a wavier, will be possible for her to request a wavier, she doesn't have any kind of disablity. she just have a slower learing disablities. that's the reason.

  1. She cannot get waiver unless she is over 55 years old and have been PR for 15 years or over 50 years old and have been PR for 20 years.

    Doesn't appear your friend qualifies for a waiver.

  3. She can apply for citizenship, but she will have to wait in line, like everyone else.  Her best bet is to be employed.  This generally takes about 3 years.
