I am 5 feet tall, about 130 pounds. i want to lose 10-15 pounds. if i run as often as i can, definitely on weekends, and eat:oatmeal w/ fruit or what toast w/ fruit for breakfastfruit whenever i want to snacksalads or half of a ham sandwhich on wheat for lunchi am still living at home so i dont really choose what we make for dinner but it is usually a lean meat or fish w/ veggies and saladand plenty of water.can this work?
