first will anybody sell me any number of small rosy red minnows (not 1, be reasonable) for under $4.00 via paypal. question: what does buy from a resident or something compare from buying from a buisness.

I have seen rosy red minnows at pet smart priced as feeder fish. You can check your local pet smart.=)
