You hare to go to the department of corrections and rehabilitation in your state and request it. But if they have had it sealed by the Court , then there is no way you can get it.

Hello Frances. If you have the person's inmate number, it will help greatly, but call the facility and ask for records. The charges that a person served time for is considered public and can be released over the phone.

As noted above, other than the actual charge, those records are sealed. Personal information cannot be given freely.

If you dont have the old inmate number, you will need the person's date of birth or social to help identify who you are asking about.
