  1. Conversano, Neapolitano, Favory and Pluto were lipizzaners. Niatross is a standardbred (my parents were there when he was born and helped named him).  The rest of the names don't ring a bell.

    Harod- Thoroughbred

    Niatross- Standardbred

    Sherman- Morgan

    Denmark- Saddlebred or Morgan

    Billy- Quarter Horse

  3. ooooo idk bout the 1st part buttttt.....STANGLESSS......they can die from it, not usually the case.  we just finished an epidemic at the barn. 2 ppl bought horses from the same barn, both came with it and they were brought down here. got about 7 horses sick. it is basically strep throat. put warm compresses under about where the throat latch is and if u r at a public barn, put purell outside the stall, a tray with a bit of water in it (ppl who go in the stall or infected area step in it) and a sign for barn hands to clean and water stall LAST. also clean water nozzle after watering them.  if the horse develops absesses under the neck....idk bout what to do about that, none got it at my barn. look in horses for dummies 1 +2. after the epidemic is over, clean tack VERY WELL, soaking the bridle and bit in pine sol, put in baggie and out in sun. clean the bridle b4 AND after doing this.  wash ALL blankets, saddle pads, etc. even if the horse was not using them.  keep a chart on what has happened so far on which date, and what measures have been taken (temps, washing tack, etc) Keep ALL sick horses quarantined far away from others.  horses who had it in the last 5 yrs are immune, and strangles stays in the ground for about 5 yrs. DO NOT touch a strangled horse and go and touch another horse before sanitizing. signs for it--stops eating hay and grain (not right away), temperature.  temp all horses that have somehow at one point even if it was weeks ago been in contact with infected horse.  they also dont give signs of it right away, so BE SURE to temp them. as i said they have a bit about it in Horses for Dummies, either 1 or 2, i forget.  wow that was only on strangles. haha good luck if a horse has it!!!!

  4. I'm pretty sure a few  are Morgans.

    Sherman- Morgan

    Denmark-Morgan

    Billy-Morgan

Allen F-1-  Morgan Cross. The first horse to be registered as a Tennessee Walking horse was a registered American Trotting Horse named Black Allen, No. 7623 in the American Trotting Registry, and listed in the Tennessee Walking Horse Registry as Allan F-1.    His sire was a stallion called Allendorf, from the Hamiltonian family of trotters, but his dam was a Morgan, from Blackhawk breeding.   In 1885, a cross between and Maggie Marshall, a Morgan mare, out of Bradford's Telegraph, resulted in a black colt with a white blaze, off hind coronet and rear hind sock.  The little black stallion Allan was born in 1886 in Lexington, Kentucky.

    Wing Commander- Morgan cross. Saddlebred

    Steel Dust-Morgan

    Eclipse-Hackney

    My-My- Saddlebred

    Matchem- Appy
