I need someone who knows Chicago traffic patterns really really well?

Question

I plan on getting and APT with some friends in Rogers Park by Loyola UNV. I work in Bensenville how long will the commute take me every day to and from work. Because if it is going to take my like an hour n half or more then I think I might have to turn my friends down. Mapquest is telling me to take Touhy AVE 13 miles. I now that Touhy is a horrible road if you know a faster way then could you please let me know. Thank you so much.

If you work in Bensenville, getting an apt. in Rogers Park is a crazy idea.

Live in Bensenville and visit your friends on the weekend.

I would have to guess that's gonna take a little over an hour. I think doing what mapquest said is your only option.
