I need someones HELP finding a cat in the wall

My cat got lost in the floor board 3 days ago I have looked all down the floor boards she has somehow managed to get into a wall. I can't hear her so how can I find her?

try putting her favorite food near where she went in - I know, it doesn't always work, but keep calling her.  I had one get under the floorboards and from there under the house!  And, like yours she didn't cry - I guess she thought I would find her, which eventually I did. After three days, I think some outside help (fire dept, animal rescue would be in order.  Good luck.  purrs

I think the best place to ask this may be in a category like construction or housing. Knowledge of that will be more helpful then knowledge of cats

A similar thing happened to my Dad's cat awhile ago. It slipped into a small hole in the floor and moved into the wall. Here's what he did- he grabbed a flashlight and a laser pointer and a bell. He made a hole in a long wall on the main floor of the house. The hole was about eight inches across. He kept calling for the cat, shining the laser pointer and the flashlight in the hole and ringing the bell. That way he was able to get the cats attention and even though it wouldn't come out right away, it would know there was a way out. He would whistle and call its name softly and listen carefully. After two days of adventure it came out- right as rain. He had to repair the hole, but he didn't care because the cat was okay. I hope this helps!

Call the fire dept. They can help you. Afterwords, you should secure your house so, your cat won't get stuck again. Good luck.

Maybe the fire dept can help you. They have heat sensors that may be able to detect body heat.

You should hear her. Here a house was almost stripped bare to rescue a cat from the wall. Hope  you don't have to do this.
