History represents events that has been passed . The American Independent Revolution is the history, and yesterday is history too. Hence history is a wide meaning word to us.

As a fundamental subject in our education system, history is important not only because the importances of those past events, but also we could learn something from these events-we may absorb the soul from the past and apply into our future life. Mathematicians have being used the results from past axioms to develop new aximos; Chemists take advantage of The Periodic Table detecting new elements. Those historical properties counties our exploration of researching the truth.

On the other hand, history, as like a video clipper, could be able to remind us when we face to a similar event that the ancients have made wrong choices already. The world war II, for instance, hurt our hearts.

events that HAVE passed.... revolution is history (no the)...history has many meanings to us... educational system...important because of those past events...but we could also learn something...into our future (no life)...have been using the results....periodic table to detect more elements...  next sentence...can't understand... could remind us...last paragraph...not really understandable. You could say...."History helps us to move forward. When something horrible or tragic happens we know not to repeat it, we take steps so it might not happen again.
