Hi I really don't get what do you mean... If your asking how to make a toxic sign in a MSWORD just follow this step.

1. you should be in CAPSLOCK mode (in your keyboard)

2. Open MSWORD and click for the font set it to WINDINGS

3. Set the  font to 48 to make it viewable

4. type letter N then you will have your own toxic sign.
