I need specific details on how to make aloe vera into a juice to drink. Please help?

I wanna try to make aloe vera juice by boiling the pulp to drink. Also I wanna know how to get the right amount to not make me sick but healthier.Could I maybe mix in honey and sugar too??? Would it make it taste better??? Your answers will be greatly apperciated. :]

Just cut 10 to 12 leaves

Cut off both thorny sides with a potato peeler peel off the back side of the leaf

. scrape off the clear inside with a knife and put into the blender.

. Blend with a gallon of water or fruit juice

if just using water add juice from on fresh lemon or lime.

Refrigerate
