    You dont know HOW to starve yourself? Like seriously, dont eat, and youll starve. It sounds pretty simple to me.

    Besides the fact that once you do start eating again, your body will store everything you take in and youll put the weight back on in a pinch, and probably gain more because your metabolism will be totally shot.

    But yeah, dont eat and youll starve. Its kinds self explanatory.

    cut out sugars and fatty fods from your diet.

    dont eat processed food.

    eat AT LEAST 2 fruits and 3 x 100g vegetable servings a day.

    Have a plate of salad before you eat yr food.

    make sure you get 6 hours uninterrupted sleep in a day to allow the human growth hormone to be released from your brain to allow your body to lose wieght.

    make sure you are not vitamin deficient and/or insulin resistant as this causes you to not lose weight.

    weight yourself ONLY once a week as weight fluctuates through the week. Also weight yourself first thing in the morning on the same day every week and keep a record chart. Weight yourself after you go to the toilet but before you eat or drink anything and even before you brush your teeth.

    walk, walk, walk....park your car a block away and walk to work. Take the stirs and not the elevator, If you dont like going to the gym go to the supermarket and park your car on the far side of the parking lot. in between tv shows do twenty sit ups or star jumps. every tiny little bit helps.

    one thing that really helped me lose 25kg thats like almost 50lbs i think is to keep a food diary and in every entry write how much water you drank, how much exercise you took, the fruit and veg you ate, the healthy changes you made and the challenges you faced. and at the end of the week give yourself a treat........by treat i mean a new haircut or a manicure or something like that not a supersized mcdonalds meal.

    I also used to keep a jar. In it i used to put in all the money i would spend during the week for chocolates, sweets, kfc, mcdonalds, ice cream, etc. at the end of the week i used to have enough to go and have a really good treat.

    I'm not a dietician or anything like that but I know what its like to be overweight and how dissapointing it is to yo yo diet and crash diet and see the pounds coming back on. The only way to make sure weight loss is long term is to do it slowly and steadily and make sure the lifestyle changes you make will remain with you foreer!  Good luck! You can do it !

    and remember you didnt go to bed one night and wake up 20 pounds heavier so you cant expect to go to bed one night after a day of dieting and expect to wake up 20 pounds lighter. it takes time so be patient and you will be thrilled!

  10. Hate to tell you hon, that's the absolute WORST thing to do if you're trying to lose weight. Not only is it very unhealthy, even dangerous, and destined to fail, it's also going to have the absolute opposite effect. When you stop eating, you shut down your metabolic process. which is what transfers calories to energy. Your body knows it's not getting nutrition, and your metabolism will shut down to conserve what calories you already have, which will result in you actually gaining weight when you do eat. Your best bet is to eat several small meals a day, being mindful of your calorie intake, and exercise regularly.
