Anything beyond 'Stealers and Hybrids is non-canon, so you should not feel any problem with the Space Hulk Bible (a decidedly non-canon document).  You can download a copy from here:

It is a compilation of all of the 1st edition rules plus some house rules, stuff from White Dwarf, and other sources.  Lots of interesting expansion ideas for Space Hulk.
