I need stuff for my new room?!!?!?!?!?!?!?

Question

I like really modern stuff. I need a comforter, furniture, chairs, desks, anything! And should i paint my room one wall red, one wall black and 2 walls white or one wall a goldish yellow and the rest of the walls white. I want soothing and relaxing stuff but i want it also to be very upbeat and bright.

Just had the same issue come up myself.  I settled on pale/celery green for the walls all the way around to expand and lighten the space and a greenish blue/white graphic print for the bed set.

Looks sooo awesome and calming too!

Don't forget you can put up cool shades and place some plants in there somewhere.:)

i really love painting one wall a bright color, and leaving the rest neutral or white. in your case, i like the idea of painting one black or red and keeping the rest white. even with a room thats all white, you can add tons of color by adding bright textiles (like a comforter, or curtains, etc). or accent the room with a brightly colored chair or desk or something.

check out ikea's website / their store. i am absolutely in love (and probably obsessed with them). they are the best for cheap, modern furniture. look through all their room pictures (especially youth/teen rooms if youre going for bright colors)

you need guns for your room jkjkjkjk anyways, get a comfy futon its 2 in one a couch and bed lol plus its saves room. but I suggest you get a bed just in case of the futon isn't comfy haha

Put whatever furniture you want, but you should DEFINITELY have a desk, comfortable charis for reading, AND A BED!!! And if you want to have a comforter, have one. And I think you should paint one wall red, one wall black, and 2 walls white!!! It looks better, and is KINDA UPBEAT in my opinion!!! You could also have gold-ish curtains to brighten up the room, and open the blinds during daytime!! You should also put a rug, beanbag chairs, and a mini couch in your room!!!! Decorate your room however you like to match your personality!!!! You can take my suggetions if you like, but they ARE only suggestions!!! Also, you should have a lava lamp if you want it to be modern-ish!! But open the blinds ALL THE WAY somedays, and keep alternating, so it will seem more interesting!!!!

How about the walls opposite of one another the same color...so, two black and two white...then get a futon with a black cushion but with red throw pillows...get a red rug of some sort...glass coffee table, red curtains that match the pillows, and some sort of large mirror for one of the walls.  :-)
