I would like to go to a romantic, beach setting that's not gonna cost me over $3,000 (all inclusive). Where did you go for some of your most memorable vacations?

  1. definently Bermuda or Atlantis Bahamas

  2. The best will be to consult with your spouse where both of you will feel romantic with each other to enjoy your very best

  3. Cayo Coco, Cuba is one of the most romantic and beautiful places for a honeymoon. The water is a gorgeous turquoise and the sand is soft powdery white. It's a secluded part of the island yet still easily accesible to the main city and there are many activities to do on and off the resort.

Tryp Cayo Coco resort has a beautiful layout and design...open, airy, breezy, and romantic. The staff are wonderful there and the entertainment is great.

Tryp is part of a Sol Melia hotel chain and it's top quality. It's all-inclusive and not overly expensive. The food is great there too.

Congratulations and have a wonderful honeymoon wherever you are able to go.

  4. I took my wife to her homeland Scotland for our honeymoon and on our twentyfifth anniversary I will be going back to get her!!!! seriously tho, most of the carribean resorts are great and you should talk to a good travel agent , they can help you find the resort that is just right for you, just tell them what you are hoping to get out of the vacation, dont go for anything under four star tho, good luck. Jamaica and PeutoVallarta are nice places and Aruba is very nice too, enjoyed them all.

  5. First, it would help if we knew where you were located. If you're looking for a great experience (one where you don't feel you have to penny pinch) you may want to consider countries with favorable exchange rates. This pretty much rules out most of western  Europe, and it's possible you may not find Eastern Europe very romantic. One of my bosses at my old work I believe went to the Mexican Riviera for his honeymoon, and he said he had a great time. Did not mention how much he spent, but he said he got a great deal.

A couple of suggestions is going to the Caribbean, Bahamas, etc. Another perennial spot for honeymoons is Hawaii. Not sure where you are located, but a quick search online right now has $220 plane tickets from Los Angeles (where I'm located) to Hawaii per person. (check www.farecast.com).

Also, if I'm not mistaken, this it is currently the offseason, so you should be able to find some good deals on hotels. (Might want to check www.priceline.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, etc etc).

Another important thing to know is how long you plan on staying there, and the type of expenditures you expect (lots of drinking? lots of activities? etc etc). Either way, I would suggest purchasing a travel guide. That will help you see what activities are available, how much different places cost, budget activities that are still fun, etc etc. In any case, I wish you and your husband the best. GOOD LUCK!!!! :)
