I need sum help regarding my mac?

whenevr i try 2 watch a video on my mac it downloads nd wen i try 2 open the file it opens up a blank page!!!

i dont know y it doesnt do that!!

i dont use safari anymore i use mozilla firefox.....but watevr type of internet i use it still doesnt work!!!

need help please!!!

i need 2 watch this video!!!

it is really important 2 me!!!

so if any1 can help help...or at least try 2 help cuz i really need 2 watch this video

you might need to install missing plugins (or update'em) like flash player or quick time
