I installed a 52X CD-RW & 16X DVD-ROM COMBO on my personal computer. Downloaded the software, but it will not display the movie. Displays message saying, 'Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem.Lowering your screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem.'
