  1. They are free, being concepts.

    Any scale is easy to work out when you know its rules.

    You plainly don't understand what an arpeggio is, it being a way of playing a chord that cannot be "got" off the web.

    Wikipedia will help you out with the definitions of all musical concepts you can't grasp.
