I have a suggestion for individuals attempting the ICS Final Exam series.  You probably don't want to hear my answer because it requires minimal work on your part, but at least your not cheating in order to pass.

Go to the official FEMA website and take the exam but don't forget to print the test questions as you go along.  If you fail, go back to the FEMA webpage and access the course material.  You can then limit your research to the required 25 or so questions on the exam.  The entire process might take about 2 hours max.

If your occupation requires you to actually perform ICS functions, then you should probably take the time to learn the material, especially if you are a supervisor.  Don't be "That Guy" during a real major incident who doesn't know what the h**l their doing when everyone is looking to you for the answers; especially if you are responsible for the lives and safety of others.

 This is NOT the way to pass a test. The purpose of a test is determine if you understand the content of a course.  You check that it is an indidual effort, not a group effort.  Ask FEMA for the answer, see what they say!
