That is a very rare book, I mean to find it in a human bookstore or library, because I can simply go down to the magical council's library and read it. That book was taken away from the human society when the magical and human worlds broke their links for reasons I can't reveal, along with many other books like the Malleus Maleficarum, the most dangerous and powerful Grimoires or as most humans call them, book of shadows, the Book of the Dead, and many others. If you find it in the human world it probably would be an hoax and not real.
