I need the laws for west virginia?

i need to know if the cps has to give me back my baby i was breastfeed in the hospital for 3 days and they took him off the breast and out of the hospital i don't know the laws in west virginia...

You need to talk to a lawyer because I am sure that there is a lot more to this than you have stated here.  And if the CPS thought you were a danger to the baby, of course they can take the baby away from you.
