    When I was in Destin I worked at Winn Dixie (Winn Dumpy) and we steamed our shrimp and fish free of charge.....The Publix had the same service too.  With or without spices.  If you wanted to eat at your house you could get the microwave french fries........or then zip through Mc Donald's and get french fries.
