I have a 8GB zune and in one ear it plays and the other ear it doesn't

what is going on

i would like 2 know the number to the Microsoft zune place so i could return it to them and they could fix it. And if i do that what will i need so that they can fix it will i need a receipt or anything cause i dont have it

  1. Have you tried other head phones? Did you make sure that the head phone was pushed into the jack all the way? When my Zune does that it is usually because the head phone is not pushed into the jack all the way.

    They do require proof of purchase. For some reason they took mine and replaced it with a refurbished one even though I couldn't produce the receipt. Don't count on that happening though.
