  1. I'm 13 myself. And am on the perfect diet i'v lost 12lbs in 4 weeks!

Except.. i'm a girl, but who cares?

Always have a meal plan, it keeps you on track, and its neat and handy and helps you 'not' to splurge. It get's to be a dailey routine.

Breakfast- 3/4 of fibre cearal (mini-wheats, cherrios, special k, bran-flakes, etc..) with skim milk, add some fruit and nuts into it to.

Alternative- 1 slice of toast / whole wheat waffle with 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter or jam or 'becel' not butter!

with a peice of fruit ( finger sized banana, small apple, or berries)

    and a fat-free activia yogurt.

Snack- 100 calarie snack bags ( comes in chips, cheetos, cookies, fishies, bars, etc..)

alternative- apple ( they are very filling fruit, and contain a ton of fibre which you should have in you're diet, and they contain natural juices and sugars which keep you engergized.)

Lunch- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, with 2 slices of lean sliced turkey, lettuse, tomatoe, and frenches mustard (which contains 0 calaries) ( NO MAYO! OR BUTTER! )

Also have a sugar-free jello which is only 5 calaries and some fruit.

alternative- grilled cheese sandwhich on whole wheat bread with kraft fat-free cheese, with fruit.

    Snack- Fruit.

    Alternative- 100 calarie snack bags.

Dinner- grilled salmon or chicken with 1 cup of vegetables. And water.

Alternative- Lean cusine frozen entree, with water.

Or an 'Advantages wholesome frozen entree)

    Hope this helps!

    - T :)

  2. (I have malnutrition)  At 13 yrs old you say you have extra baggage but are malnurhished. Any chance of visiting your school nurse or having your parents make an appointment with a nutritionist for you? I don't think Yahoo Answers is the best place to be asking this question.
