As is SO common - I'm having an issue with Chase re a balance transfer. I just want to get this over with but they keep putting my account on fraud hold even though I talk to them EVERY DAY to confirm that I am me and that I want the transaction to go through. Total nightmare. The people I'm speaking to don't know how to fix this problem (the problem is that they think it's fixed) so I need to move up the ladder but I can't find any contact info. I have spoken to 4 levels of supervisors. PLEASE HELP ME.
