  1. Hi Frances,

Sounds good, when you find out E mail me, mind you I can't think why you couldn't make it yourself, sounds simple enough.

    Good luck.

  2. I think it is done this way:

Please note I never been to Rhone Island but I am Sino Australian, and Chinese food is my food.

    Ingredients:

    1. Boneless chicken breast, you need to cut them so that they are around one cm thick and 5 x 5 cm wide.

    2. Eggs (beaten, start with 3, put them in a bowl)

    3. Flour

    4. Breadcrumbs (sold in Asian grocery stores or use the ones from the supermarket)

    5. Salt

    6. Worcestershire sauce

    Method

    1. After you cut the chicken breast, salt them. (Don't put too much salt!)

    2. Place some flour on a plate and some bread crumbs in another plate. Spread them evenly over the plates.

    3. Dip the chicken breast in the flour.

    4. Then dip the chicken breast in the beaten egg mixture.

    5. After that dip them in the breadcrumbs

    6. You now put your first piece of chicken on another plate.

    7. Repeat doing the same thing until you have made enough.

    8. Pour some vegetable oil in a deep wok, wait for the oil to heat up and deep fry your chicken with the egg batter until golden brown. Make sure you turn them so both sides are cooked evenly.

    9. Take them out of the wok and leave them cool for a few minutes before you enjoy your meal!

    10. I eat mine with Worcestershire sauce, but if you prefer some other sauces, you can use whatever you like!

  3. They have a great recipe for boneless and/or battered chicken of all kinds on recipezarr , sorry I dont have the link, put it in your searchbar, youll find it no problem, and tons of other great ideas too,

    good luck
