I need the recipe for a spanish frozen treat?

Ok when I went to the bronx the other day they had these carts on the bulevard selling frozen slushy like coconut flavored icee..not the Piragua....

we called it as kids coquito, but when i look it up online it only gives me the recipe for coquito drinks....

anyone know the real name for it, or the recipe....would be a big help...thanks

what your looking for is coconut italian ice,   coconut french sorbet. which is water, sugar and flavor in a ice cream maker.
