Good old fashion concrete will do just fine.  Once hardened, concrete can not be burned or consumed by heat.

Tungsten metal does not melt until 3,422 degrees celsius, and lava never gets much above 1200 degrees celsius. So a tungsten bunker will hold the lava back no problem. So as long as you are comfortable at 1200 degrees under miles of liquid rock, you will be fine. You can get tungsten from burned out light bulbs.
