Winter storms tend not to be very noisy.  Snow falling doesn't make a lot of noise.

If you meant a thunderstorm or electrical storm, those tend to occur in spring and summer.  You can find all sorts of sound effects by doing an Internet search on "sound effects."

A search on "storm sounds" would probably work, too.
