I need the torque sequence for the heads of a 1978 johnson 115.Removale and replacement?

You can remove them in any order you choose as long as you install them properly.When you are installing them,you do your torque from the centre of the head out.(up&down)

The torque is 270in.pounds or 22.5 ft.pounds.Hope this answers your question.Good luck.
