I need theme ideas for my sweet 16?

my sweet 16 is in about a year and i need theme for my party and idk of any plz help

How about a candy theme? Have a candy bar where people can pick and choose their favorite candies. Ask people to dress up in candy costumes. Set up games of Candyland all over the place.

How about a dessert theme? Have lots of different desserts for people to try. Ask them to bring their favorite desserts for everyone else to try.

How about a make-your-own-sundae bar where people top their favorite ice creams with their favorite toppings?

You're 16. Ask for gifts which can only come in sixteens, sixteen pennies, sixteen gumballs, whatever! Give a prize for the most creative gift.

Play music with candy, 16, sweet, or birthday in the title: "I Want Candy," "She Was Only 16," "Happy Birthday, Baby," "It's My Party," "The Candy Man," "Sugar, Sugar," "Sugar Pie, Honeybunch," etc.
